"I went to a concert here and was…"
I went to a concert here and was surprised by how good the value was. Our seats weren’t even the pricey ones, but they were still decent, and the sound was great. I didn’t get that ripped-off feeling I’ve had at other venues, which was a relief. Booking was easy too. My only regret is not checking this place out sooner because I’d definitely go again.

"Felt safe booking tickets online"
Booked tickets through liverpoolphil.com and it was smooth. The security checks seemed legit without being a total pain in the arse, and the payment page actually looked secure, not like some dodgy nonsense. Got my confirmation straight away too. Had to verify a couple of details, but that was fine, made me feel like my info wasn’t just being chucked around. Simple, no weird pop-ups, no annoying crap. I’d use it again

The emails before the concert were clear and showed up at the right time. They had everything I needed about the tickets, timing, and how to get there. It made the whole thing easy and stress-free.

"Made planning a night out surprisingly easy"
I used liverpoolphil.com to see what was on and fit something around our weekend plans, and it was really straightforward. The times were easy to spot and I didn’t have to click around forever, which makes me think they’ve actually designed it with normal people in mind rather than trying to keep you browsing endlessly. The calendar was simple too, so picking a show felt relaxed instead of turning into a whole task.

"Surprisingly great sound from the cheap seats"
Went there for a concert the acoustics were way better than I expected. We were sitting far back, so I figured everything would sound a bit muffled, but we could hear every note and word clearly. Not always the case with venues like this, so credit where it’s due...

"Lineup wasn’t really worth the effort"
I took the time to go through the artist lineup, it was kind of disappointing. I kept hoping I’d spot a few names I recognized or something that felt exciting, but nothing really stood out. The site itself worked fine, but after putting in the effort to check everything, the lineup just felt weak this time.

"Brilliant night at Liverpool Phil"
Went to a concert at Liverpool Phil and had a great night. The sound was really clear and the musicians were absolutely on it from start to finish. Booking online was surprisingly easy too, which almost made me think they’ve deliberately kept it simple so you don’t give up halfway through. The only small thing was I had to double-check my seat, and I did wonder if that bit could’ve been clearer on purpose so people pay more attention, but it wasn’t a big deal. The performance more than made up for it. I’d definitely go again.

"Easy, relaxed night at Liverpool Phil"
Had a really good night at Liverpool Phil. Busy, but it didn’t feel stressful. Bar staff were quick, friendly, just got on with it. The catering was nice too — decent choice, no long wait. Little things, really. But they made the whole evening feel easy and relaxed.

"The Queue Was an ABSOLUTE Mess"
I tried booking tickets on Liverpool Philharmonic it was so frustrating. The queue just froze for ages and then randomly kicked me out. There were no clear updates or anything, so I had no idea what was going on. Wasted loads of time on it and it was REALLY annoying

"The membership has worked out well for me"
I signed up for the Liverpool Phil membership last year mostly because I wanted first pick at seats, it’s been worth it for me. I managed to get good seats for a couple of shows I really didn’t want to miss, which made the whole thing feel useful right away.
The discounts and early updates are a nice bonus too. I wouldn’t say it’s anything over the top, but since I go a few times a year, it suits me. Renewing was straightforward as well, so I’ll probably keep it going.

"Not the night out I was hoping for"
I went in thinking I was going to have a nice, relaxing night out, but the whole vibe just didn’t do it for me. The venue looked nice enough, but it felt kind of cold and awkward, like there wasn’t any real warmth to the place. I didn’t feel especially welcomed, and it seemed like the focus was just getting people in and out. Maybe I caught them on an off night, but I left feeling disappointed...

"Refund wasn’t instant, but they handled it"
I had to exchange my tickets and the refund took a few days to come through, so it wasn’t the fastest process ever. That said, the staff were helpful when I reached out, and everything got sorted in the end. Compared to some other ticket sites I’ve used, the support felt a bit more responsive, even if the refund timing could be better

I tried booking tickets on liverpoolphil.com it turned into a bit of a chore. The site kept lagging, and twice my chosen seats just disappeared, so I had to go back and pick them again. I did manage to get the tickets in the end, but something that should’ve taken a few minutes ended up being really annoying and taking far too long

"Such a great family night out"
Took the kids and we had a really nice time. Everyone was super friendly, it was really easy to find seats, and the staff were so nice. Best part was the kids actually stayed happy the whole time, which made the night even better.

"I really like how much variety there..."
I really like how much variety there is in the programme. I can’t always remember exactly what was on when, but I do remember thinking one week it was classical, then another time it was film music, and there are family concerts and more unusual bits mixed in too. It’s nice because you can pick something depending on your mood, rather than feeling like it’s the same kind of event every time.

"Pretty much as easy as I expected"
I booked tickets on liverpoolphil.com and it was really straightforward. I’d already heard the site was easy to use, so I kind of expected it to be simple, and it definitely backed that up. The dates, seats and prices were all clear, and I didn’t have to keep clicking around trying to figure things out. Checkout went through without any issues too. Just quick and no fuss.

"Really Easy and Friendly Experience"
The staff were super friendly and helped me get my tickets sorted quickly. I had a few questions, and they didn’t make me feel awkward or silly for asking, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth, easy experience and I’d be happy to use them again.
